Hyperprolactinemia breast pain. Lives.

My prolactin levels are 43.99 , iam on medication,my dr prescribed cibrelin 0.25% twice a week ,i took first dose on Saturday 15 may ,but their no relief in my breast pain ,i have breast pain all around both breast , my last period date 26th april. My doctor gave me combiflam to relieve the pain but that even doesn't work for me ,my dr said this medication will take time to work ,bcoz i just started the treatment ,i am unmarried and i have regular periods . The cause of high prolactin was my previous medication for erosive reflux disease. And bcoz of covid situations and as i live in a small town i cannot go for other test like mamogram and all bcoz its not available here and i can't travel to big city under this lockdown condition. Pls suggest me something to relieve my breast pain as the pain killer is not working for me and any other opinion would you like give . Please help me with this bcoz now its disturbing my day to day lives .thankyou
