My son is 3 months old. He has Hydro uretero nephrotic kidney with good perfusion and parenchymal function . Mildly dilated ureter. Prompt and unobstructed drainage. And split ETRF in both kidneys. Does it needs an immediate treatmemt

Hi. The treatment depends on the diagnosis and clinical picture of the child. In hydroureteronephrosis which are stable, in asymptomatic child with good renal function most will not need urgent treatment. Please consult a urologist and discuss further about the condition and the followup needed.
