What are the most important ayurvedic supplements(example- Amla, Aloe vera, etc) which anyone can take to remain healthy in life(despite "no" disease). Also, please tell the duration(for how long in a year) and way of taking it?

You can have triphala churna with 1spoon honey and 1/2 spoon ghee for 1 year early in morning,but before that do panchkarma procedures for better results.regards www.junankarayurveda.com

there is no medicines which can prevent all disease. you can follow below points to lead healthier life 1. have food regular and maintain specific timings. eat slowly and chew the food throughly. take atleast 20 mts. for each meal 2. have peaceful,deep sleep atleast for 6 hrs 3. do exercise regularly 40 mts to 1 hr 4. drink plenty of water 5. you can take amukkra root as rejunavating herb.(aswagandha)
