I am 17 years old girl with weight 46 kg and height 5'2 feet , i have a sedentary lifestyle as i am a student and my most of the day goes sitting on chair or bed , even my average daily step count is under 1000 steps , i have noticed sudden increment in my hunger level since last 10 to 15 days , i feel hungry within 30 to 40 min of eating food

Sudden increase hunger due to stress and anxiety. Also caused by nutritional deficiencies. Do some routine test like fbs,hba1c, thyroid profile,iron profile.you need to change your lifestyle modifications and dietary habits.
