Hi doctor. I am a 32 year old Male. I am married for one and a half year. I am most of the time during intercourse able to outlast my wife_that is I am able to give her orgasm before my ejaculation. Most of the times I am able to give her good sex with WOT (women on top) satisfaction. However, since it has been 18 months that we have had unprotected sex with good periodicity. I went for Semen analysis test at various labs but was not able to ejaculate because of them being far too crowded. I am not prepared psychologically to do the test at a crowded place. Wanted to know the probability of the sample being ferried from my home to the lab. My wife is 31 year old and has slight history of PCOS since 2009.

U can collect at home but u should maintain the temp of the sample also the lab should be nearer from ur house so the sample could be processes as soon as possible to get correct report and as concern of ur wife is she obese? Pcos is one of the factor of infertility
