How to treat sprained neck
My mother was preparing and making lot of stuff for Diwali. She is 57 years of age. Today when she got up in the morning she had severe pain in the neck. I think it is neck sprain. How to treat neck sprains? Should I massage the neck or just leave it? Are there any medicines which can be given to her?

Rest , hot water fomentation , analgesic and muscle relaxants will help
