I recently went for a wedding, I was very sunny and hot there. Due to this all my face got heat rashes. There are small red pimples kind thing on my face. I am 27 year old. It makes me looks very ugly. How do we treat these heat rashes on face?

use moisturizing lotions. apply honey or coconut oil.
use sunscreen. if u dont get better kindly consult a skin specialist
