How to treat dust allergy

I am a mother of a 10 year old boy. He is highly allergic to dust due to which we have a lot of problems while traveling even for a day. How do we treat dust allergy? Is there a permanent solution to this problem? Will it always stay with my son?

please consult an ent doctor regarding this. he might need a few medications. he will get better. try to avoid dust and cold exposure. its always best to avoid cold drinks at night.
