1)How to taper Fexofenadine 120 mg +montelukast10 mg combination tablet?2)can I make the tablet 4 pieces and use 3,2,1 piece every month?3)or I have to buy all lower mg of Fexofenadine and montelukast and use decreased mg each month?Please reply only to my query specificly.

There is no need to taper the tablets. No side effects if u abruptly discontinue. If u r asymptomatic then stop the medications.
