How to reduce gas formtn?
I'm 20 and overweight. With 88 kg at 5'7. I've lot of gas formation. Can you suggest me simple ways in which i can reduce the gas formation and gastric irritation??

Hello.. Best thing is to start having food on time and increase the frequency of your intake by dividing the quantity you are taking now...you also need to take loads of water...min of 3-4 litres...do not lie down immediately after having food...stroll for atleast 20-30 min after each meal...inculcate the practice of any form of exercise for atleast 30 min a day be it walking or any outdoor game of your choice..and yes avoid too much of pulses,nuts,potatoes,fried items as they induce your trouble...start taking butter milk daily too...am sure all these will help
