-4.50 spherical & -0.5 cylindrical in left eye
How to read this eye sight ??
-4.75 in right and -5.0 in left ?? OR
-4.25 in right and -4.5 in left ??

Right eye --4.5 dioptre spherical and--.5 diop cylinder. Left eye...--4.75 diop.spherical and--.5 diop cylinder. Then specify the vision. Ie 6/6 or........

you need to understand that you have both spherical and cylindrical numbers. So if you tell someone regarding your eye number it will be -
Right Eye - -4.25 Dioptre Sphere
Left eye- - 4.5 Dioptre Sphere
With -0.5 Dioptre Cylinder in Both eyes.

In simple language, if we take spherical equivalent then it is 4.5in right eye and 4.75innleft eye
