What alternatives do I have to overcome it naturally?

Hello there, you are not supposed to take any medication for menstrual pain. It is only recommended in extreme cases. There are various things to overcome it, do regular exercise and yoga.

if u think its so u cn take
tab Mespas 8 hrly till u hv period pain
