Hi,
Growth mindset is very much important here. Though you are feeling stuck now, just accept how you are feeling rather than complaining criticizing yourself. allow yourself to move forward write down everything on paper let it out through dance or paint. Do some Journaling. Meditation, socialize more.
If the feeling continued then we need to work on resolving deeper issues, relationships conflicts
Thank You & Take Care

The information available about your condition is very limited. Yet I feel that your visiting a psychologist and getting the state of your mental health assessed may be greatly helpful. You may even begin by consulting your family physician because many times situations like yours could come up because of some issues with your physical health. Either way, I feel that you need to get your condition diagnosed / assessed properly by a doctor or a psychologist.
