Hi, I am 25 years old, still I'm looking like very younger. I'm just 45 kg.  Nd I'm very Lean.

Daily I'm talking normal food.

protein rich food like soya , cereals , pulses , egg , meat would build up muscle mass . and regular exercise would keep you fit . not to go for oily cheesy junk foods aas it results in unhealthy weight gain.
