How to increase platelets in dengue
My mother is 51 years old. On 15th Oct, the result of NS-1 was +ve & her platelets were counted 150k that day. Today on 17th Oct, it is 85k. Doc prescribed only two three tabs Lanol-ER 650mg, Domcet 325 mg & Montair Plus. Besides these tabs, doc only advised to take fluid diet. He also advised not to take any herbal or ayurvedic treatment like papaya leaves and neem extra. Is that so? Can you tell me how can we increase platelets in dengue fever
