How to increase low aminotic fluid
I am 23 weeks pregnant till 20 weeks scan report my aminotic fluid was in normal range later in 2D echo scan at 23 week the range is suddenly dropped.currently my AFI is 7.5 is it possible to increase.Please suggest I am attaching my scan report.

Everything seems to be perfect.
I personally would not be much bothered about the AFI at 23 or 24 weeks because it is not associated with any foetal anomalies or maternal diseases. It is likely to correct itself subsequently.
However some empirical treatments are recommended (taking Arginine sachet, having Amino drip ) . You may consult with your Gynaecologist and plan further management.
