How to increase hight faster
Sir by profession I am a model and I want to increase my hight as my hight is 5"4" so by this I can't perform on ramp please help me

Since you are 19 years already there is very little chance for you to grow by growth harmone supplementation. You need to consult a reconstructive orthopaedician who can address the problem surgically. Surgeries recommended( lengthening over nail/ LRS/ Ilizarov)
