Please get your refraction done and and start using specs as advised and when your number is stationary for at least one year then you can get lasik or smile. Since you are a regular computer user hence you are likely to develop computer vision syndrome for which put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids .
Next Steps
Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20.seconds after every 20 minutes and keep proper distance between eyes and screen ie approx 20.inches.wash your eyes frequently with fresh water and don't sit facing the ac or blowers and consume lot of fresh fruits and vegetables.
