I am 22 years old girl. I am 5'2" .and I really want to grow height upto 3-4 inches within 2 years...Please give me suggestions how can I increase my height .will hanging and swimming help?

Dear... Bone growth accurs maximum upto age of 20.. Many claims of increasing the growth with medicines but in reality no scientific claim has been done so far. So avoid from advertisement agencies and local quacks. Tk
