Dear Dr, Kindly help to know how to get pregnant soon. Married a year ago. We do have sex. But pregnancy not happening. Every month 1st week period is happening. Weight 65 kg.

Hello madam , good that you hav realised at correct time that u want pregnancy. Usually if u have tried for a year continuously without contraceptives n still not pregnancy then we say it's infertility . So I suggest u need to get consultation with fertility specialist n get basic tests done to find out what s the problem.
