Doctor can you please tell me how to eat cynomicin capsules as I forgot it told by my doctor. The most irritating thing is that I can not find out my doctor's no. also. so pls doctor help me. When I will take this medicine after or before meal.? how many times I will eat it a day?

Acne treatment has multiple stages - to control new breakouts, to clear the sequelae (pigmentation and scars) and to prevent a relapse. An attempt to find out the root cause of acne should be made in every patient or else it keeps recurring. Each phase takes a couple of weeks before we move to the next phase of treatment. If you have active acne lesions, it should be controlled on priority basis. The medication that you have mentioned is Minocycline and comes in various dosages and different dermatologist use it in different ways depending on the severity of acne and patients tolerability. Usually it has to be taken daily at night after a meal for recommended duration as suggested by your doctor.
