I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl just a month ago. However, instead of being joyful I feel unnaturally sad, disconnected and depressed. My doctor believes that I’m suffering from postpartum anxiety. Are there any mothers who battled PPD as well? Can you tell me how can I deal with postpartum anxiety?

Postpartum depression and Postpartum anxiety are seen in few patients.. there is nothing to be sad about it ..it is better to take treatment from a psychiatrist ..after few months of medications you will be totally fine and then can stop them
