My dad is having some kind of infection in his right toe. Twice in a year this happens to him. He has this fungal growth in his toe. Its pains a lot. He is 54 year old, he has diabetes also. Please tell e what is the treatment of fungus nail toe?

hi.. fungal infections in the feet need to be treated with antifungals . But since he is also a diabetic it would be advised to meet a dermatologist and then treatment taken accordingly after proper examination and detailed history of the ant diabetic drugs he is taking
