Body height is almost alway deterimined by genetics, but you can gain few more inches by doing yoga asanas, regular physical excercise, calcium and protien rich diet.
Please do not try any injection without supervision of a doctor.
Please get your growth hormone level, thyroid hormone levels done, let me know the results, I will be able to offer further guidance.
