How to avoid knee replacement
MRI shows osteopsorisis and loose particle in bone liquid ,having pain since 4 months. Treatment is cartigen tab,supracal pro ,vit d, and Ayurvedic- Rosiflex trio . Is it possible that cartigen damaged can be heals and walk normal . Xray and MRI report can be share if needed. Thanks Suresh jain.

Yes it is possible depending on your x-rays.. Treatment options ranges from medications , exercises , injections  to surgical osteotomies. TKA is the last step in osteoarthritis management.
