How the body created fuel from food
I have little excess fat on my body. We are taught that carbohydrates and fat provide energy. Why do we get tired after running /doing vigorous exercise. I mean I can walk longer than run. Why we get fatigue if we have excess fat. What else comes into picture?

Hi, Running or high cardio exercises is required more energy and oxygen at the same time. When someone is running his/ her whole body starts movement by the help of muscles,as a result first carbohydrates starts break down to release energy and next fat. If any person doing such kind of exercise for long time in body there will be lack of oxygen, and to meet the needs body starts to provide easy access of energy or oxygen, due to this lactic acid is produced and accumulated in muscles, causing fatigue and pain. Running is more High intensity exercise than walking, so for that reason a person gets tired easily in running compare to walking.
