You should brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day to remove plaque and to prevent tooth decay. Use a pea sized amount of toothpaste that contains fluoride. Fluoride strengthens the outer enamel layer of the teeth. It can stop a cavity in its tracks and give you more resistance to future cavities. Apply gentle pressure and brush gently in a circular motion. Make sure your brushing routine lasts long enough to thoroughly remove plaque. We recommend that you brush for at least 2 minutes. You should floss your teeth thoroughly at least once a day to remove plaque from the areas that your toothbrush cannot reach.

Brushing and flossing twice a day is sufficient..... actually what matters more is the technique of brushing that you employ.... Visit your dentist every six months for preventive examination and also guidance about the proper brushing technique that you should follow..... Regards.....

Once at morning & once in evening is sufficient, floss atleast in evening once, but you still have to visit dental clinic periodically (every after 4-6 months)

Hi Brushing immediately after Neal can be hazardous to teeth. You should give an interval of atleast 30-45 min between a meal and brushing . You can brush after every meal but do give that interval as in that time your saliva corrects the pH of your mouth . Regards
