How Feel light and relaxed ??
It has been years since I felt what relaxed mind means. I am currently in college and currently due to interaction with seniors(sort of ragging), future thoughts etc I feel myself heavy minded. I remember days 6-7 years back when used to wake up happy,no tension,enjoyed study. Now every morning feels the same, stale. How to be happy & light again?
