My daughter aged 20 is in hostel for a 5 yrs degree
The food provided lacks nutrition ..
My worry is also about thousands of girls who lack nutritious food during the time they need the most.
We all know about food pyramid...1000mg of
calcium requirements , iron, folic acid.,
B12 B16 .... What not..
The problem is students feel hungry ,eat more ... Available is mostly junk food and become obese.
She rarely cooks ...at the most drinks a glass of milk , eat bananas.. boiled egg once a week some dry fruits
. Pure vegeterian
Being in hostel where one is not allowed to cook, di not have time..
Can they have supplements daily such as Zincovit , Calcimax forte etc..
