Hi, I am 26 (male). I was very skinny, so I started gym with proper diet n supplement and it worked but few months back I suffered with some food allergy and got
liver infection so lost all my musclegain and a lot of weight, now liver infection has been cured and I started going gym again, m doing good intensity weight training but diet and supplements are not working and its getting very tough for me to gain weight now, with just 3 days of gap in gymming my weight starts going down.
Also I have acne problem, hairs starts thinning and hairfall as well, also my face is looking so dull and week, is it all because of hormonal imbalance?
