Homemade Detox Drinks
Hii.. I am planning to start some changes in my diet n lifestyle. Never had experience with detox smoothies or vegetable juices. Starting to learn now. Planning on mixing together (Parsley + Ginger + Cucumber +Lemon + Aloe Vera + Celery) and prepare this detox drink. Now my apprehension is that I have been reading on Internet that such detox drinks one should have just for 5-7 days and then give it a break for a week before starting again.. I don't know if that's correct or not.. Coz these are good green veggies and leaves and should not pose a problem if consumed one glass on daily basis..?? Please guide me.. I don't want things to go wrong.

Maintain a good hygiene since you will drink that contains all raw fruits n veggies. It can be taken daily, you can give a break of 3days after each week. Recipes you can change on bimonthly basis.
