I am attaching my latest x ray please tell me what would be the solution for my upper right 6 and 7 molar tooth. There is a hole between my upper right 6 and 7. Food getting stuck in that hole. What is the solution could I need rct for my upper right 6 molar.

Please answer the following to help me reach a diagnosis :
- any pain on biting / chewing ?
- sensitivity to hot / cold ?
- pain is constant or intermittent?
- is there any pus discharge, bad taste/ foul smell in your mouth or any swelling in gums there?
- taken any over the counter medication? Whether they helped in relieving the pain?
