Hiv Test Result - Dear Doctors, I Had Sex With Someone Girl

Dear doctors, I had sex with someone girl and i checked hiv antibody test 70 & 130 days after my intercourses the result is 0.07 non reactive but my total wbc count reduced from 9750 to 8420. Please tell me about this.is it i had hiv or not Thanks in advance
