Hii sir after 1 year hiv test conclusive or not,I have first 3 month tasted elisa (0.12) and rna pcr came nagative and 7 to 11 month antibody test came nagative and after 12 month ag/ab test 0.174 came nagative it's conclusive or not

HIV tests after the 3 month window are more than 99.97% accurate. They work for all types and subtypes of HIV. There will still be rare cases where someone is HIV positive and not picked up.
Any tests you had from at least 3 months after your last sexual encounter, would have happened outside the window period. This means that any negative results you received outside of the window period are conclusive for your HIV status.
