Well it's unclear in the question as you just say while having sex the condom slipped and fell...after that if you have continued the intercourse then there is a risk of transmission of any std...if she is hiv positive then yes transmission rate is very high...if you are in doubt you can get it tested for free in government setup ictc centre...but it has a long window period of 6 months too...thank you
