Hiv positive person bitten by dog

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Sir I'm an HIV positive male with a cd4 count of 648 last checked. One pet dog almost bit me today and there were red scars due to blood clotting. Though the owner told me that his dog has been vaccinated,Should I go for antirabies vaccines? Is there any threat of serious illness due to my weakened immune system. I took the tetanus shot today. Please respond. I'm attaching the picture of the bite.
