How is Hiv and other std's possible from oral sex to the receiver as well as the giver? What are the likelihoods for each of the individuals?Have there been any reported cases?how risky it is?

HIV is mainly transmitted by Blood, Semen and Vaginal fluids. The risk of receiving oral sex from HIV positive person (Male/Female) is high if oral mucosa has ulcers. The giver has lesser risk of getting the HIV from a HIV positive person.
Next Steps
if the person had exposure, better go for post exposure prophylaxis after checking his/her HIV status.
