  4. Hiv enquiry. Is there any chance of hiv?

My friend did oral examination of patient with help of mirror and probe of an hiv patient There was no blood contamination but he did not use gloves . is there any chance of hiv ? There was may be some saliva (not sure ) he did not know patient condition at that point
