Ws facing high weight problem since last four year which 104 now and due to this ws having high blood pressure issue 90/130 my regular bp And since last 4 months ws facing diabetics problem sugar lever ws 350 after eating n 120 fasting So ws want perfect diet plan to control all this issues

Hi welcome - You need 1200- 1400kcal/day energy based Diabetic Diet Plan 1.Early Morning - 300ml water with small squeezing lemon . After half an hour 1 cup Fenugreek seeds with water. 2.1 -2 Kms walking ,jogging, free hand some exercises/work out for 45-1 hr.. Some rest then 2 pcs Cream craker Biscuts + green tea/L.Tea. 3. Then Breakfast - oat meal OR 2 phulka with chana,1 egg white, 50gm sour curd.9chana/curd anyone) 4. Mid morning - 2 fruits (except banana,coconut,dry fruits) 5.Lunch - 2 chapati, small cup rice ,dal soup,gourd mix veg.,5o gm sour curd 6. Mid afternoon- Small 2 fruits as said/any low calorie meal 7. Oat/steam momo veg,2 pcs idly,home made noodlues-ANY ONE dish (no fast/junk) Then 1 cup green tea 8. Dinner - Same as Lunch - can add fish/plain paneer/tarka Little change as per cooking or time covenience can be allowed. More precise diet chart you can contact for personalised Diet

Hey..overweight is the major problem in ur case..u have to control your weight..mention ur height also it will help us to count your ideal body weight..for diabetes go for high fibre foods and include exercise in your regime..opt for fresh vegetables and whole grains..use low fat foods and consult a dietitian personally
