My 3 day old cousin sister has White Blood Cells 16100 Billirubin total 10.8 Billirubin direct 1.4 Billirubin indirect 9.4 Please give any suggestion

Hi...., looks like she has developed Physiological Jaundice.... Mild jaundice will usually resolve on its own as a baby’s liver begins to mature.... severe jaundice cases may require other treatments. Phototherapy is a common and highly effective method of treatment that uses light to break down bilirubin in your baby’s body....More severe cases needs exchange transfusion...Feed the baby 8 to 12 times in a day which helps bilirubin pass through their body more quickly.....Consult Pediatrician for further advice....
