High uric acid
I have uric acid level of 9.So I want to follow a diet plan to reduce uric acid levels.Daily 1 boiled egg,8 soaked almonds,green tea,1 banana and vegeterian food.Is this the right food that Im following?or anything that I can avoid from above mentioned

Avoid high protein diet. Drink plenty of water. Do regular exercise

U need to avoid high protein diet eg. Eggs, various dals and legumes, also avoid paneer, etc

Avoid high protein diet like eggs, chicken  dals, dry fruits . For further management take my appointment.

Avoid high protein diet (eggs, chicken & purine rich foods like spinach ) , u need to be started on anti uric acid agents along with .. high water intake is recommended
