It is understandable that u are anxious , but do understand that food is not the only factor contributing to your lipid abnormality , genetics do play a role , you can negate this to a certain extent by going in for an overhauled diet regimen under the guidance of a registered nutritionist , start meds to control your TGLs, move away from an sedentary or stress prone life style and definitely start a planned , scheduled work out regimen focusing on cardio and endurance training .
Health Tips
always ensure your bp is under control

I would advise you to meet a gastroenterologist. Please do a fasting lipid profile so that all your lipid parameters are seen so we can decide on whether you require medications for it. These following lifestyle changes will be of help: - Eat a healthy and clean diet, avoid salty and deep fried food. - Have a DASH(Dietary Approach to Stop Hypertension) Diet by eating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, low-fat dairy products, lean meats, fish, and nuts, eliminating foods that are high in saturated fats, such as processed foods, full-fat dairy products, and fatty meats, it also helps to cut back on desserts and sweetened beverages, such as soda and fruit punch. - Exercise regularly, maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI(exercise 30-60 minutes per day) - Avoid or stop drinking and smoking as these habits will increase the blood pressure and will also affect the fatty liver. - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga, meditation

Triglycerides and ALT are persistently at higher limits. Need to start with liver protectors and antihyperlidemic drugs. Do you consume alcohol?
Next Steps
take consultation for prescription
