Im 29 yr female n i have prolactin level of 56.2 so provide me some tips how to control it. Recently i got eye infection n i have half headache .

Raised prolactin is mostly due to secondary causes like hypothyroidism,liver or kidney disease. And very commonly due to certain medicines used for gastritis , depression etc. So first see an endocrinologist for proper evaluation. If there is no secondary cause found then one is asked to undergo MRI PITUITARY to look for any prolactinoma and then treatment is planned.
