  4. High prolactin. How to control it. ?

I have 38 level of prolactin in my test. I am not pregnant. What Can be the cause. Is it because I take too much stress. Which I am taking these days. Have also been take medication for anxiety 2 years back.? I feel constant heartbeat types sensations also on back of my head. Please suggest how to control it.?
