  3. High pletlet count. Should take for her?

My niece had 99 fever for last 3 days the fever comes only in the night. In the day she is ok. When we did CBC the report shows more pletlet count than the range and RBC series is showing Hypochromia Is it dangerous?...what treatment we should take for her?
