High Iron in blood

High Iron in blood

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have been getting body pain and muscle cramps from the past few months.. i recently had a health check up done and was found to have high levels of Iron in blood.. Iron - 180.5mg/dl and Transferrin saturation - 55.37%.. do i need to visit a doctor and get this checked? Is this related to the body pain?
