My grandmother suffered from bullous pemphigoid . through steriods it is cured now. Now to prevent this doctor prescribed dapsone tablet. For that she was told to do g6pd test. And the result was 18( high) . so can she have this tablet?
Kindly advise.

Kindly revert with these findings to your treating dermatologist . High levels usually means that the person isn't G6PD deficient. But like I said, since I haven't looked at the test report, take the report to your dermatologist for interpretation.
