Eat whole grains cereals, whole pulses, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegetables with skin. Flour with bran. Roasted  Chana, flax seeds, fenugreek seeds as soaked form.

You need to take daily fiber intake is 25-30 gms  you can have for that fruits, leafy vegetables,drink enough water.

Hi, Fibre rich foods help in clearing our digestive tract. Also 40 grams fibre should be had daily which is found in whole grains like daliya, Bajra,Jowar,Ragi, Sprouts,Leafy vegetables and fruits. In vegetables lotus stem (Kamal kakdi) is the richest in fibre.
