High Fever
My son, age 15 yrs, is suffering with high fever for last 3 days and mild cough for last 2-3 weeks. After giving paracetamol or Dolowin Plus, it gets dropped but again increases after 10-12 hrs.

TABLET PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY OR AS REQUIRED BUT ROUND THE CLOCK.
TABLET ZIFI200 TWO TIMES A DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS AFTER FOOD.
CHERYCOF SYRUP HALF TEASPOON FUL TWO TIMES AND ONE TEASPOON FUL AT NIGHT.
HOT SALINE GARGLE BEFORE MEALS TWO TIMES.
AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE.
AVOID COLD THINGS.
