My mother has high fever from last 4 hrs. Please suggest me what to do. I have given her paracetamol but fever is still the same

Hi.
Give her lukewarm water. Give him tab. Diclomol thrice a day after meal.
Do test CBC, MP if fever come again.
Give her liquid diet, Dalia,
